SHOWA Performance Group seeks a Head of Industrialization to establish and lead the industrialization function, translating suspension designs into scalable manufacturing solutions while aligning with corporate standards and operational excellence. You will drive NPI from design freeze to SOP, implement DFM/DFA, and oversee APQP deliverables across locations.

You will champion plant readiness, footprint strategy, and continuous improvement, partnering with R&D, Operations, and Quality to ensure

Qualificações

Lead the industrialization function across design to SOP and ramp.
Drive APQP/Stage-Gate and PFMEA processes with cross-functional teams.
Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance aligned with corporate standards.

Responsabilidades

Build and lead the industrialization organization for SHOWA Performance Group.
Define and execute a scalable industrialization strategy aligned with goals and standards.
Oversee plant readiness, line setup, and launch coordination across locations.
Develop processes for suspension components and define tooling/automation strategies.
Drive cost, yield, and cycle-time improvements using lean methods.
Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and QA to ensure launch success.
