Job summary

Jobot is seeking a strategic vice president of human resources in Raleigh, NC. The role leads all HR functions, partnering with executive leadership to scale the organization, build infrastructure, and develop leadership programs.

You will oversee a team of HR professionals and drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, and compliance in a fast-growing real estate investment and multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience leading HR at VP/Director level or equivalent.
• Proven track record of scaling HR for growing companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build HR processes, systems and org structure.
• Comfortable partnering with senior executives and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Build scalable HR processes, policies, and systems.
• Partner with exec leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop the HR team of Generalists and Recruiters.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
