Job summary

WorkDynamX seeks an accomplished Vice President of Human Resources to act as the enterprise‑level HR leader across multiple NJ sites. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will craft the people strategy, align HR initiatives with business goals, and build a scalable, high‑performing HR function.

Responsibilities include shaping organizational design, recruiting skilled trades, developing leadership, and implementing metrics to drive growth, productivity, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership in a multi-site manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading post‑M&A workforce integration is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO on strategic people initiatives and workforce planning.
• Design and oversee organizational structure, career paths, and design.
• Lead HR team to deliver talent strategies across sites and divisions.
• Implement performance management, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards across locations.
