Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across manufacturing sites in the United States and Canada, with oversight of a remote workforce. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role in a multi-site manufacturing environment
• Experience managing HR operations and payroll across US and Canada
• High-volume recruitment and rapid hiring in new markets

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR strategy to support growth and transformation
• Lead HR for site openings, expansions, and geographic footprint changes
• Build proactive recruiting capabilities for significant headcount growth
• Coach Plant Directors and leaders with SOPs and templates for HR processes
• Establish quarterly performance calibration and nine-box talent assessments
• Design transparent career pathways and onboarding programs
• Maximize HRIS automation and payroll platforms for efficiency
• Monitor HR metrics and translate insights to leadership
• Ensure compliance across US states and Canadian provinces
• Manage employee and labor relations and advocate for employees
• Preserve entrepreneurial culture across distributed workforce
• Partner with Safety to support wellbeing initiatives
• Simplify processes to empower managers and improve operations
• Advise leadership on workforce strategy and organizational design
