Job summary

ePac is seeking a VP of Human Resources to scale the workforce across 12 manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada, plus a fully remote workforce for Holdings functions.

The leader will move HR from reactive to proactive, empower Plant Directors with tools, and drive rapid, high-volume hiring in new markets.

Candidates should have 10+ years in HR, 5+ in senior leadership across multi-site manufacturing, and deep knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Documented experience managing HR/payroll for a distributed workforce in both the United States and Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Coaching: Serve as the primary coach for Plant Directors with SOPs, templates, and scripts for hiring, coaching, and exiting employees.
• Accountability Systems: Re-launch and enforce the quarterly performance calibration process to empower managers.
• Leadership Pipeline: Conduct 9-box assessments to identify ready-now and ready-future successors for critical roles.
• Multi-Department Onboarding & Training: Build structured onboarding and training programs for plant-level workers and remote holdings roles.
