AgriSompo North America, Inc. seeks a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with people strategy. You will lead, influence and develop a dynamic HR team to drive organizational design, performance and engagement in a growth-focused environment.

The role requires deep HR leadership, strategic partnership with leaders, and strong compliance in a complex agricultural insurance business. Lenexa, KS Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

15+ years exempt HR experience including recruiting, employee relations and performance management.
10+ years of management experience with strong people leadership.
Crop Insurance knowledge preferred; HRIS (Workday) experience and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of HRBPs and drive people initiatives aligned to business strategy.
Oversee all HR functions: talent management, performance, compensation, engagement, and inclusion.
Partner with Centers of Excellence on compensation, recruiting, learning & development, and DEI initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and maintain confidentiality.
