Anchor Ingredients is seeking a driven sales/trader to source, purchase and sell premium ingredients across our product groups. You will build enduring supplier and customer partnerships, manage risk and opportunities, and drive profitability with a strong focus on service quality.

The role blends sales, trading and relationship management in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with travel to customer sites and industry events ~25% of the time.

As a member of Anchor Ingredients’ sales team, you are the face of our brand. This role blends sales, trading and relationship management to drive growth and profitability across our premium ingredient portfolio—including products produced in our own facilities and sourced from trusted third-party partners. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and customers, assessing risks and identifying market opportunities—and delivering a differentiated customer experience that reflects Anchor’s commitment to quality, transparency and innovation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This role is primarily office and customer-facing, with occasional visits to production facilities where PPE may be required. Travel is moderate (~25%) and includes customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
