Job summary

Stealth is seeking a Vice President of Product to steer strategy for our public-sector oriented hardware and software ecosystems. You will oversee edge devices (cameras, IoT) and software, integrating ML/AI into the core product suite while guiding an executive-aligned roadmap.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage a team of Product Managers across active and emerging lines, rely on data to direct the organization, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product leadership in hardware/software.
• Experience in VP-level roles or Director with VP intent.
• Domain expertise in hardware product development.
• Proven NPI and mass production experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy, unifying hardware with software and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from NPI through manufacturing, deployment and end-of-life.
• Manage and scale the product organization with execution and leadership.
• Use data and analytics to shape product direction, manage product P&L, and advise the board.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define GTM strategies, pricing, and segments.
• Build consensus across hardware/software engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Gather market intelligence to anticipate trends in edge computing, computer vision, and IoT.
