Job summary

AllSpice is seeking a VP of Product to own the company’s product strategy, roadmap, customer insights, product operating system, and the product team. You will partner with the CEO, CTO, CRO, and cross‑functional leaders to define where the product goes, prioritize opportunities, and translate decisions into durable product experiences for a growing enterprise customer base.

In this role you’ll shape a new category for hardware workflows, sharpen roadmap prioritization, and drive user adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B software or hardware technology company.
• Experience building products for hardware development, ECAD/MCAD workflows.
• Experience managing Product Managers.
• Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and roadmap for a complex technical product.
• Strong customer discovery skills with enterprise buyers.
• Excellent prioritization across customer requests, revenue urgency, and technical constraints.
• Experience building product operating systems, cadences, and metrics.
• Ability to communicate clearly at executive and engineering levels.
• High standards for usability, quality, and customer impact in complex tech products.
• Commercial judgment working with Sales, CS, or GTM teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap; translate goals into clear priorities.
• Lead product discovery and customer insight through rigorous user research.
• Strengthen the product operating system with scalable processes and metrics.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the product team; hire and develop leaders.
• Partner with leadership to steer the business and align with GTM strategy.
