Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering with a track record in growth, acquisition, or marketing-technology engineering at consumer scale.
• Demonstrated ownership of customer-acquisition economics with real revenue targets.
• Experience leading martech or CRM/lifecycle platform consolidations, BI/experimentation modernization, or equivalent builds that ran while the business kept operating.
• Proven operator as a manager-of-managers with distributed teams across time zones.
• Fluency translating between marketers, executives, and staff engineers to defend technical bets.
• Experience building AI-native engineering practices applied to growth or marketing-technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction across three integrated domains (digital marketing, martech/CRM, data/BI) and lead distributed senior engineering teams.
• Unify the organization into a single lifecycle platform with channel-agnostic messaging tied to revenue outcomes.
• Drive AI-native acquisition surfaces and impedance to scale paid media, CRM, and data platforms.
• Communicate progress with executive stakeholders and maintain a high-performance engineering culture across time zones.
