Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the FanApp team, building the next-generation shopping experience for fans. You will partner with product, design, backend, data, and platform teams to deliver scalable, measurable full-stack experiences focused on search, recommendations, merchandising, promotions, and product discovery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience building high-scale ecommerce or native apps.
Proficiency with search, recommendations, and personalization systems.
Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics.
Strong performance, observability, and release-quality focus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and ship high-quality user experiences across FanApp surfaces.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize app responsiveness.
Implement instrumentation and eventing to analyze fan behavior and funnel performance.
Collaborate with product/design/engineering to deliver end-to-end features.
Drive end-to-end execution from design through launch with clear communication.
