Job summary

Goldman Sachs, Inc. is seeking an experienced product leader to own a portfolio of procurement-focused products. The role covers development, enhancement, and maintenance of solutions addressing spend management and supplier relationships across the firm.

You will define product strategy, align with business objectives, and drive execution with engineering and procurement partners. A track record in large-scale system delivery and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 12+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on procurement functions.
• 5 years of experience managing individuals and building out teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a global product team, fostering collaboration and leadership to achieve goals.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for procurement functions.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog reflecting stakeholders' needs and priorities.
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development team for clear requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and other teams for alignment and product development.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and report status to senior leadership.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure features meet user needs and compliance standards.
• Support infrastructure priorities and lead across forums or teams.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
