Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with focus on Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel.
• Experience negotiating complex agency contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing sourcing strategies across global sub-categories (Creative, Brand Agencies, Media Buying).
• Manage full category lifecycle: supplier selection, RFx, contract negotiations, implementation and performance management.
• Conduct spend analysis using AI tools to forecast demand and inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to draft and negotiate complex contracts and SLAs.
