Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience leading sales, marketing, and business development in industrial/B2B.
• Senior VP-level or Global Director leadership experience.
• Proven track record achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Experience building and mentoring teams of leaders.
• Strong strategic planning, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with domestic and international markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
