Job summary

The Vice President of Financial Development (VPFD) at YMCA of South Palm Beach County leads strategic fundraising to advance the association’s mission. • Bachelor’s Degree with 7–10 years in non-profit development.
• Proven track record in fundraising leadership including capital campaigns and major gifts.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building with donors, board and partners.
• Knowledge of campaign strategies, planned giving, and donor databases.
• Align development with YMCA's strategic vision and mission.
