FNBO is seeking a Fraud Leader to oversee enterprise fraud prevention, detection, and resolution operations across multiple card portfolios and consumer loans. The role leads 5-6 Directors and 250+ employees, with responsibility for strategy, rule writing, investigations, call centers, and third-party risk management.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services and fraud management for Credit and Debit Card products.
• 7+ years in a Leadership role with at least 3+ years management.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-functional teams.
• Knowledge in fraud detection technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of authorization systems and fraud platforms.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute enterprise fraud prevention strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Present fraud trends, strategies, and performance to executive leadership, enterprise stakeholders, and board committees.
• Establish fraud risk appetite in collaboration with Executives, Senior Leadership, CRO, CCO, CIO, and Information Security.
• Lead and develop a team of 5-6 Directors overseeing 250+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational design to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage multimillion-dollar departmental operating budget, justify investments, and evaluate ROI on fraud prevention tools and technologies.
• Track fraud losses and fraud prevention savings to demonstrate value and inform strategic decisions.
