Job summary

First National Bank seeks a Fraud Leader to drive enterprise fraud prevention and detection across card portfolios and consumer loans. You will oversee 250+ staff through 5-6 Directors, directing strategy, rule writing, investigations, and fraud technology efforts.

Lead the development of risk appetite, governance, and budgeting while partnering with Legal, Compliance, and IT to deploy advanced analytics and AI-enabled detection. This onsite role reports to executive leadership in Omaha.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services and fraud management for card products.
• 7+ years in a leadership role with at least 3+ years of management.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise fraud prevention strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Present fraud trends, strategies, and performance to executives and board committees.
• Lead and develop 5-6 Directors overseeing 250+ employees.
