FNBO (First National Bank of Omaha) is seeking a senior Fraud Leader to drive enterprise fraud prevention, detection, and resolution across card portfolios and consumer loans. You will oversee a 250+ employee organization, including 5–6 Directors, and manage a multimillion-dollar budget while advancing risk-based strategies and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services fraud management for credit/debit products.
• 7+ years in a leadership role with at least 3 years of direct people management.
• Knowledge of fraud detection technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of authorization systems and fraud platforms.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance related to fraud and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise fraud prevention strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and develop 5–6 Directors overseeing 250+ employees, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage multimillion-dollar departmental operating budget and evaluate ROI on fraud tools.
• Oversee rule writing, detection strategies, investigations, and call center operations.
• Drive third-party fraud strategies and vendor relationships, and partner with IT for platform roadmaps.
