Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services fraud management.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and directors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise fraud prevention strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Present fraud trends and performance to executives and board committees.
• Lead 5–6 Directors overseeing 250+ employees and a multimillion-dollar budget.
• Oversee detection rule writing, investigations, call center operations, and third-party fraud management.
• Drive innovation in fraud tech and analytics with IT leadership.
