Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a Vice President of Franchise Sales to lead franchise sales strategy and oversee a team responsible for growth across the United States. The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will drive new franchisee acquisitions and existing franchisee growth, shaping expansion for 3–5 years.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in franchise sales.
• 5+ years' experience in a strategic, senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality or a related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• Franchise Sales experience in food/beverage/QSR industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for the Franchise Sales team's long-term success & growth
• Lead day-to-day functions of Franchise Sales team
• Develop stretch goals for team including KPI's and metrics
• Partner with Legal on ongoing FDD updates and compliance
• Provide leadership and coaching to grow and develop leaders within the team
• Set and model standards of service that focus on customer care
• Collaborate with finance, legal, real estate and construction, operations and human resources
