Scooter’s Coffee is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager in Batesville, AR. This is the perfect opportunity for someone seeking leadership opportunities. The Assistant Store Manager will receive hands‑on leadership training in the areas of hiring, scheduling, training a team of baristas, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. The Assistant Store Manager will be a vital aspect of maintaining a positive culture of loving our baristas and customers and supporting the Store Manager.

We are looking for a candidate to develop and cross train in every aspect of:

Leadership

The ability to positively lead and develop a team while following all franchise regulations.

Administrative

The ability to efficiently staff and stock a store while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.

Organizational

The ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment both inside and outside the store.

Customer Service

The ability to build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be an organized, detail-oriented person.

• Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience necessary.
