Job summary

NDC, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of FP&A in Nashville to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

You will partner with the CFO and executive team to translate strategy into financial outcomes and drive data-driven decision making. You will develop long-range plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, delivering actionable insights on growth opportunities, capital allocation, and financial risk.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A focus.
• 5-10+ years in leadership roles within financial planning or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting executive-level decision-making in a mid-to-large organization.
• Industry experience in distribution, healthcare, or relevant sector.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong business acumen linking financial results to operational drivers.
• Executive presence with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with planning & analytics tools Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI.
• High intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Leadership capability with experience building and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A planning: long-range plans, annual budgets, rolling forecasts.
• Provide insights on profitability, pricing strategy, and resource allocation.
• Develop management reports with KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis.
• Build robust forecasting models; run scenario planning and sensitivity tests.
• Partner with ops, sales, and other leaders to align plans with drivers.
• Drive capital allocation analysis, ROI reviews, and M&A evaluation.
• Improve FP&A tooling, data governance, and automation.
