Barclays is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer - VP in the Whippany, NJ area to champion modern engineering practices, drive adoption of platforms, and accelerate technology transformation across the organization. You will blend software engineering, technical delivery, and developer advocacy to empower engineers and improve productivity.

You will lead workshops, hackathons, and hands-on engagements, translating complex tech concepts into actionable guidance while partnering with platform

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on software engineering with modern practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation.
• IaC and AI-enabled solutions experience.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable production-ready apps.
• Excellent communication and developer enablement skills.

Responsibilities
