Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer VP – Digital Assets in Whippany, NJ to coordinate Agile Release Trains across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and drive delivery momentum for a digital assets platform. You will partner with engineering, product, architecture, risk, legal, controls, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Brings proven experience leading complex technology delivery programs across multiple agile teams in regulated environments.
• Expertise in Agile delivery, dependency management, release planning, execution tracking, and delivery governance.
• Able to align engineering, product, architecture, risk, legal, controls, compliance, operations, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Trains to ensure alignment and value delivery across teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Coach teams and Scrum Masters on cross-team agile practices and governance.
• Coordinate interlock and dependency management for release management across stakeholders.
• Provide executive-ready updates and governance materials.
