Job summary

Upward Projects, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead culinary and beverage innovation, and to optimize supply chain operations across the company's growing restaurant brands. The role focuses on developing new menu concepts, beverage programs, and scalable systems that support multi-state expansion while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in culinary and beverage innovation, product development, sourcing and procurement.
• Senior leadership experience managing teams, budgets and strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in menu, beverage and product innovation within multi-unit hospitality environments.
• Experience managing complex supplier networks and distribution systems.
• Strong history of delivering cost reductions and margin improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary, beverage innovation and supply chain strategy across all brands.
• Develop and execute a long-term innovation roadmap aligned with growth.
• Drive menu, beverage and product innovation from concept to system-wide launch.
• Identify trends to strengthen brand differentiation and profitability.
• Oversee supplier relationships, procurement, sourcing and supplier partnerships.
• Build scalable supply chain systems to support multi-state expansion.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to improve quality, service and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across operations, marketing, finance, and development.
