Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Business Management or COO role is preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive the agenda.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level support with project management and business analysis.
• Organize complex information for strategic and compelling management presentations.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management reports and dashboards.
• Communicate with key business partners to define next steps.
• Manage work streams and deliver key tasks on schedule.
• Identify risks and drive mitigating controls.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration sites such as SharePoint.
• Collaborate with global teams to simplify and improve processes.
