Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy, or related field.
• Advanced project management, organizational, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Advanced storytelling and writing skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior audiences.
• Experience with banking trends and the financial services industry.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement new business strategy, initiatives, or platforms across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Improve bottom-line performance by advancing key initiatives across fees, cost base, RWA, and capital use.
• Identify and mitigate business risks including legal, tax, regulatory and extraordinary costs.
• Analyze financial performance and drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with business, Operations, and Tech to define future workflows and implement related tech projects.
• Coordinate with external service and infrastructure providers.
• Represent the business in internal and external working groups.
