Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition for long-term contracts.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multi-site operations.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post-close integration; PE-backed or high-growth preferred.
• Strong internal controls and coordination with external auditors.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; BI/planning tools a plus.
• Exceptional communication and influence with senior leaders; proven finance team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial finance and drive bid/quote analysis, pricing governance, and procurement governance.
• Own FP&A for EECOE: annual plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close and deliver variance analysis for EECOE and leadership.
• Direct project accounting under ASC 606, including WIP, EAC, and change orders.
• Advise EECOE President on strategy, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Drive insights for profitable growth, margin expansion, and cash flow.
• Manage working capital, receivables, payables, inventory, and cash forecasting.
• Ensure robust internal controls and liaison with external auditors.
• Lead ERP, reporting, and planning tool enhancements with KPI dashboards.
• Develop and retain a high-performing finance team across sites.
