Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within healthcare services or similarly complex environments.
• Experience leading finance within multi-site operations.
• Strong background in FP&A, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and FP&A.
• Deliver accurate monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support executive decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with operations to reflect activity accurately and improve profitability.
