Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead finance functions across manufacturing operations, partnering with Operations, Commercial, and Engineering to optimize performance and growth.

The role requires data-driven leadership and the ability to translate financial insights into operational actions. The individual will oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, while driving strategic initiatives, capital planning, and cost optimization

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in GAAP cost accounting, plant finance, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading financial strategy in multi-site or complex production environments.
• Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements per GAAP and policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Implement robust internal controls across all manufacturing sites.
• Lead financial modeling for capital initiatives and M&A opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering on financial plans.
• Provide strategic financial leadership for ERP enhancements and digital transformation.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization across sites.
