Job summary

Professional Case Management seeks a Vice President of Finance to drive financial strategy and growth in Colorado Front Range. You will partner with the CFO and SLT to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and revenue-cycle performance.

The successful candidate holds a Bachelor's in finance or related field, 10+ years in finance with leadership, and GAAP expertise. MBA/CPA preferred; ERP experience and acquisitions experience are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and corporate financial planning.
• Healthcare industry experience and GAAP knowledge; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term financial strategy and optimize capital allocation.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments and revenue streams.
• Oversee financial reporting, KPI reporting, treasury, cash management, and related finance operations.
• Develop dashboards, predictive models, and management reports for executives.
