Job summary
Integra Beauty Inc is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to guide financial planning, analysis, and capital strategy across L’ange, OFIR, and future brands. You will mentor a lean, high-volume finance team and partner with operations, marketing, and supply chain to optimize profitability and balance sheet health.
The role requires deep expertise in US GAAP, multi-entity reporting, and data-driven decision making to support growth initiatives, international expansion, and major capital
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with budgeting, forecasting and strategy focus in a CPG/beauty environment.
- Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and deliver on performance metrics.
- Strong corporate finance, accounting, tax knowledge, and experience leading multi-entity consolidations.
Responsibilities
- Direct all global accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and audit functions in US GAAP.
- Lead multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and ERP governance (NetSuite).
- Provide strategic financial counsel to CEO and C-suite and support capital strategy.
