Integra Beauty is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to guide financial direction, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and drive profitability. You will mentor a lean finance team and partner with executives to optimize capital allocation and risk management, ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

You will lead FP&A, reporting, and compliance, while shaping strategy through data-driven insights for sustainable growth in the beauty CPD sector.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with budgeting, forecasting and strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and hit performance metrics.
• Experience in CPG or beauty industries is preferred; strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with CEO, board and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Mentor and scale a lean finance team while partnering with other departments.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury and compliance functions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to drive data-driven decision making.
• Lead investor relations, capital allocation, and risk management initiatives.
