Panther Life Sciences Corporation seeks a high-impact VP of Finance to architect and lead the finance function as the company scales its medical and consumer health products. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, and investor materials, partnering with the CEO and Board to fund growth and strategic initiatives.

You will build finance processes, oversee ERP implementation, and deliver a reliable close, robust dashboards, and capital plans for Series B readiness and future growth.

Competenze

• Extensive finance leadership experience in a product-driven company.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to explain numbers to executives and boards.
• Experience building finance functions at scale and leading ERP implementations.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to raise capital and manage working capital.

Mansioni

• Build the finance function and lead the team from the ground up.
• Establish accounting policies, controls and monthly close.
• Oversee ERP implementation end to end and develop real-time dashboards.
• Run cost modeling, BOM economics and working capital management.
• Own annual budget, rolling forecast and multi-year plan.
• Support financing, investor materials and due diligence.
