Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Inc. seeks a VP of Finance to serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO, SVP, and leadership. You will oversee financial planning, decision support, treasury planning, and enterprise performance management to sustain long-term fiscal health.

You will lead annual budgets, long-range plans, and complex financial modeling, delivering executive-ready analyses and communications for Board materials and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Holds 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a complex healthcare org.
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience in a high-performing finance department.
• Experience in grants management compliance and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes financial data and presents timely financial statements to executives.
• Leads annual operating and capital budgeting, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling.
• Develops integrated financial plans aligning resources with strategic priorities.
• Provides executive with timely analysis of performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversees debt financing, capital structure planning, and banking relationships.
• Manages OCIO and financial advisor relationships with oversight of investments.
