Job summary

Versatile Mold and Design, Inc. (Versatile) in Rutledge, GA, a subsidiary of ITG within The Heico Companies, seeks a senior financial leader to partner with the President and executive team.

You will oversee the finance function, drive strategic plans, and lead the monthly close and annual budgeting processes while managing cross-functional initiatives. The role requires 5–10 years of manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in cost accounting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and cost accounting foundation.
• Experience in manufacturing and operating business unit roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (D365 a plus).
• Spanish language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner to President and Exec Team in strategy development and execution.
• Oversee finance team and ensure timely monthly/annual close.
• Lead audits with internal/external auditors and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and capital spending reviews.
• Oversee D365/ERP migration initiatives and integration of acquisitions.
