Derse is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead client-facing strategy and Derse differentiators across multiple business units. This executive role focuses on profitable sales growth, team development, and long-term client relationships.

You will partner with the Executive Team to guide budgets, strategic plans, and market positioning, with travel as needed to support business development and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Strategize and achieve approved annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Create and oversee annual budgets and business plans for Marketing, Corporate Sales, Client Strategic Services, and Healthcare specialty verticals.
• Lead planning and execution of major sales meetings and executive reporting.
• Oversee CRM system and client relationship program; manage RFP processes and high-quality strategic responses.
