The role requires extensive leadership in global organisations, ownership of the applications portfolio, and collaboration with C-suite leaders to shape scalable, modern platforms across a complex enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leadership experience across Enterprise Applications / Business Applications.
• Strong experience within large-scale, global organisations.
• Track record of leading major ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP and complex enterprise application environments.
• Experience operating across manufacturing, industrial, energy or similarly complex environments would be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience building and leading large technology organisations through significant change.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the Business Applications strategy across the US organisation.
• Lead major enterprise transformation and digitalisation programmes.
• Own the application portfolio across ERP and wider corporate platforms.
• Partner with senior business leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR.
• Lead and develop high-performing applications and transformation teams.
• Manage strategic technology partners, vendors and systems integrators.
• Drive application modernisation, integration, standardisation and scalability.
• Support continued business growth, acquisitions and organisational expansion across the US.
