Job summary

ONE ALLIANCE INSURANCE MANAGERS INC. seeks a Senior VP of Enterprise AI & Transformation in Sarasota, FL to drive an enterprise-wide AI strategy and transformational initiatives.

You will lead AI technology adoption across underwriting, claims, actuarial, product, operations, and IT, partnering with executives to deliver measurable business value. The role requires governance, risk management, and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to ensure responsible AI use and security.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, data analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience directing enterprise-wide technology or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing AI strategies, including Generative AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, technology vendors, and strategic investments.
• Property and casualty insurance industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer experience.
• Advise executive leadership on emerging AI technologies, opportunities, risks, and investments.
• Lead enterprise AI portfolio prioritization, adoption, and performance measurement.
• Oversee deployment of AI solutions across underwriting, claims, analytics, and customer service.
• Establish AI governance policies, compliance, and risk management with cross-functional partners.
