Mintlify is seeking a senior engineering leader to partner with the founders, translate vision into priorities, and own the engineering roadmap as the company scales.

You will build a world-class engineering organization, scale from 10 to 50 engineers, attract top talent, and align product, platform, and infrastructure decisions with customer needs and growth.

You’ll own execution, improve velocity and reliability, and drive multiple product bets while maintaining speed and quality.

Qualificações

• Proven experience scaling an engineering org from ~10 to ~50 engineers.
• Hands-on engineering leader with backend, cloud, platform, and systems at scale.
• Track record of identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining top engineers.
• Strong product and business judgment, linking engineering decisions to customer outcomes.
• High-agency leader, low ego, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth.
