Job summary

Homecare Homebase is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the Revenue Cycle Management engineering organization, overseeing EVV, Personal Care, and Revenue Cycle modules across our home health and hospice platform. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and partners with Product and SRE leaders to set direction and drive modernization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• 3+ years at VP/Director-equivalent scope with production reliability accountability.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features into production.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the Revenue Cycle Management roadmap against committed plans and milestones.
• Own production reliability for every application in the portfolio.
• Define alerting and APM requirements (Datadog) and ensure timely remediation.
• Own technology lifecycle management across the organization with dated upgrade plans.
• Drive down cycle time and scale the engineering organization.”
