Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing and engineering senior management experience.
• Experience leading multiple plants and large teams across regions (US/Canada).
• Experience delivering large capital projects ($15M+).
• Experience managing annual capex budgets between $40M and $50M.
• Background in process/quality engineering and new product development.
• Strong written and verbal leadership and communication skills.
• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 11+ plants and 20+ direct reports across the US and Canada.
• Direct and plan all engineering activities and major projects within the division.
• Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective engineering systems to meet current and future needs.
• Drive a safety-first culture across all engineering operations.
