Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the Electronic Warfare Line of Business. You will serve as the principal engineering advisor to EW leadership, shaping workforce, building capabilities, and driving technology insertion to improve program performance and growth.

The role requires broad knowledge of trends, identifying SMEs, closing gaps with innovative solutions, and guiding strategy from capture through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering).
• Minimum of 18 years related professional experience, including 15 years in developing technical solutions for business development, program management, capture management, marketing, and/or proposal development, in the federal services market.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and grow large organizations with highly skilled individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with Senior leadership teams from both Corporate and Government.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Knowledge in Systems Engineering, Complex software sustainment and modernization, AI/ML and Agentic Production AI, RF/Signal Processing.
• Understanding of EW, Mission and Platform integration, C5ISR, C2 Networks, Communications.

• Create shared engineering processes and tools to support collaboration and accelerate development.
• Shape and strengthen workforce talent and growth.
