Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in airborne and electronic warfare systems design, use-case development, operational analysis, integration/test and/or system qualification.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform as the Program Chief Engineer responsible for engineering execution of an entire program.
• Establish a program vision, strategy, and goals to align with customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap that aligns with customer’s needs.
