Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (EW) to lead end-to-end solution development for DoD EW, Cyber, and systems engineering opportunities.

You will own engagement through proposal and transition, working with BD, Capture, Engineering, and Proposal teams to craft innovative mission-focused solutions. The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture, a DoD/IC track record, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership for DoD/IC programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Led large federal capture/proposal efforts ($100M+ TCV).
• Experience across EW, Cyber, systems/mission engineering, C5ISR, AI/ML.
• Translate requirements into compelling technical solutions; author/lead proposals.
• Strong communication and leadership; TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for capture and proposal efforts.
• Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, and systems domains.
• Translate customer requirements into architectures, staffing, and content.
• Lead cross-functional teams including BD, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, PM.
• Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and craft technical discriminators.
• Support classified/unclassified proposals with quality, compliance, and consistency.
• Represent EW capabilities in engagements, briefings, and strategy sessions.
• Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to reviews.
