USA Tech Recruit is sourcing a VP of Engineering for an AI agentic verification platform startup in the United States. This full-time leadership role will shape the product strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap across AI agents, verification workflows, and enterprise automation.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, engage with semiconductor customers, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive pilots, demos, and value metrics.

Qualifications

• This role requires translating complex customer needs into structured product requirements and priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and programs in AI/verification environments.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and hands-on engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with semiconductor customers to understand verification workflows and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into product use cases, roadmaps, and technical specs.
• Lead engineering execution, architecture, and roadmap implementation bridging customers, product, and engineering.
• Define how the platform fits into verification environments (simulation, emulation, CI/CD, toolchains).
• Mentor internal teams on verification workflows and customer expectations.
• Support pilots, demos, and proof-of-value metrics for leadership reviews.
