Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across semiconductor, EDA, and digital verification environments.
• Deep expertise in digital verification workflows and tools across IP, subsystem, and SoC-level projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams and translating complex requirements into product directions.
• Strong communication skills with senior customers, executives, and hands-on engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with semiconductor customers to understand verification workflows and adoption challenges.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements, specifications, use cases, and roadmaps.
• Own engineering execution, architecture, delivery quality, and roadmap implementation.
• Define platform integration with verification environments including simulation, formal, emulation, regression, and CI/CD.
