Job summary

Grapevine is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead our Technology Team and drive the development of new product features in collaboration with Operations and Product teams. You will oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications, manage the engineering pipeline, and ensure deadlines align with business goals while meeting technical needs across the organization.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 8+ years working on large scale web applications.
• 4-5 years building mobile-first web applications.
• Expert using SASS and OOCSS.
• Experience working with jQuery.
• Exposure to at least one MVC framework.
• Understanding of version control (Git).

• Recommend changes and expansion of the engineering process framework.

Grapevine is looking for a passionate Vice President of Engineering to join our Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and building of new product features by working with the Operations and Product Team. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the execution of the designing, developing, testing, and installing of product updates.

• Recommend changes, enhancements and expansion of the engineering process framework.
• Manage the engineering pipeline
• Oversee the engineering team to ensure all deadlines are met and technical needs of the business are being met
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Lead testing phases as necessary

Requirements:

• 8+ years working on large scale web applications
