Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services is seeking a Vice President of Energy Efficiency to provide leadership for the company’s energy efficiency programs. You will oversee program strategy, client satisfaction, financial performance, and achievement of contractual energy savings across multiple utility clients and territories.

You will lead the EE program delivery and Engineering teams, partner with clients and key partners, and drive startup and expansion of programs while minimizing client risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years proven success in the energy efficiency industry.
• 7+ years program management experience in utility energy efficiency.
• 7+ years experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading teams and driving results across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the design, implementation, and performance of the energy efficiency program portfolio.
• Lead and develop Directors, Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure programs meet contractual requirements, regulatory obligations, and energy savings targets.
• Maintain portfolio P&L accountability including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Partner with Business Development to support growth, rebids, and new contracts.
