Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction, estimating, or preconstruction experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical construction, estimating, design, and project delivery.
• Experience managing preconstruction activities for complex and/or large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability, and procurement.
• Ability to review electrical drawings, specifications, scope, and project requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Commercial, industrial, water/wastewater, airport, airfield, or other specialized electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Gryphon Oakwood is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Preconstruction Manager to support the successful planning and development of electrical construction projects across Charleston, South Carolina.

This individual will manage projects through the preconstruction lifecycle, overseeing estimating, budgeting, design coordination, constructability, procurement strategy, and project planning from initial pursuit through handover to operations.

Responsibilities:
